TKAMI: Talk to Kids About Mental Illness

Talk to Kids About Mental Illness (TKAMI) is a project I co-created with a child psychiatrist, Dr. Laura Powers, and an early child educator/researcher, Billy Powers. Our goal is that caregivers, teachers, therapists, and medical providers will use these comics to have developmentally appropriate conversations with children about mental illness and lessen the stigma around talking about mental illness.

These comics are free for all to use and share and are available for download in English and Spanish.
